My InSourcing of talent began with one person, and has grown to several.  Starting with the first InSourced developer, they too quickly became too busy to take on new projects.  Their repeat client base grew as well as mine.  So each time this happened I went back into the market, searching for that perfect individual, with the particular skills and traits my clients and I demanded.
